CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of both the client and the barber, all appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation made within the 24-hour window will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. If you need to reschedule, it must also be done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not allowed and will still result in a full-service charge. No Call / No Show If you do not show up to your appointment and do not communicate beforehand, this will be considered a no call / no show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. No call / no shows may also affect your ability to book future appointments. This policy is in place to protect the barber’s time, the schedule, and the opportunity for other clients to book that time slot. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time set aside for your appointment.
